Your newest thing is giving Charlize all of your toys in the middle of the night.  When I wake you up in the morning, Charlie's crib has 2 dollies, 2 books, and 2 blankets, and you have nothing!  I wish I could watch that interaction take place!  This was a short phase because I think you realized Charlize wasn't giving them back!

Twinkling Lights!

You are fascinated by Christmas lights, especially the ones on our tree.  You will stand next to the tree and look in awe at all the twinkling beauty.  Then, you will pinch one of the lights between your fingers, watching it light up your little hands.  You will softly try to take the light with you (not the bulb, but the actually light). You can't figure out where the light goes, and why you can't carry it with you in your hand.  So beautiful to watch!

Tickle Me!

You love being tickled and chased!  You often make a high pitched shriek, and then run as if saying, "Come get me, come get me!" You love being upside down, being held while dancing, being spun in circles, and being rolled!  You like to have FUN, to giggle, to scream, and to laugh with those you love!

You both have a new favorite thing to do.  You sit on the kitchen floor with papa and eat a cookie together! You loooove cookies!  Charlie, you take your cookies pieces and run around the corner to eat them in private, and then run back to get more.  Coralie, you stand next to papa and eat your cookie pieces right with him and you swing your leg in circles while saying, "Nummy, nummmmmmy!"  Both of you kiss papa on the lips during cookie time and are so happy.  As you eat your cookies, you play with papa's ears and poke him in the eye!  You love cookie time!

You both say so many words now, probably around 40+ now!  My favorite words happen when we tuck you in at night.  As we are closing the door, we always say, "I love you!," and we often hear little voices saying back, "I love!  I love!"

Christmas Gift

When you really like a toy, book, puzzle... you sit right on top of it.  You've done this since you could crawl.  This Christmas great Aunt Gloria gave you a stroller in a big box and you climbed right to the top of the wrapped gift, and sat on top of it with your thumb in your mouth!  The whole family found this so funny and cute!

Puppy, Puppy, Puppy!

You love the word "puppy."  You met a puppy recently (Courtney Frank's little Yorki named Duke), and since then it has been puppy, puppy, puppy!Then, Uncle Brad got you a stuffed animal puppy for Christmas, and it is your new favorite.  You both "arf, arf, arf," and making licking faces at the puppy!
